The key role was to define and execute the growth and profitability strategy and the E Mobility strategy for India automotive market, one of the key markets for Schaeffler globally.

・Defined India E Mobility Strategy, built a 25+ member team, and secured Tata and Mahindra EV business.

・Secured 350Cr investment from Schaeffler AG for Clutches, Engine, and EV product expansions.

・Spun off product lines, achieving 2.5x market growth.

・Positioned India as Schaeffler’s global hub for 2W, MHCVs, and Tractors, with 2.1 Order Book Ratio.

・Introduced “PassBook” mechanism for 98% commodity fluctuation recovery.

・Established Power Train Vision 2035, predicting the Hybrid boom and defining Schaeffler India’s Hybrid strategy.

・Led BSVI transition, increasing revenue by 70% and growing investor wealth by 3.5X.
